Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 December 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Rhonda Duncraft in respect of Sydenham Community Preschool (70463), situated at St Annes Church, corner of Centaurus Road and Wilsons Road, St Martins, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
