Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 October 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Raymond Soffe
in respect of Bulls CALF Pre-School (50027), situated at 137 Bridge Street, Bulls.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
