Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 January 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Sonya Cookeson
in respect of Monkeys & Munchkins Nursery (70125), situated at 8 School Road, Tai Tapu.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
