Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 31 January 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Robert Passmore in respect of Taupo Childrens Corner Nursery (40260), situated at 59 Wheretia Street, Tauhara, Taupo.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
