Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 November 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Sophie Hamilton
in respect of Lollipops Upper Hutt (46028), situated at
71 Merton Street, Trentham, Upper Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
