Pursuant to sections 10 and 16 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, the Minister for Canterbury
Earthquake Recovery gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. The direction given by me to the Canterbury Regional Council on 6 November 2012*, requiring it to prepare a Land Use Recovery Plan, is amended from the publication of this notice by amending clause 3.4 of the direction to state:
"3.4 The Canterbury Regional Council must develop a draft Land Use Recovery Plan by 5 July 2013."
2. The effect of this notice is to extend, by four weeks, the time within which the Canterbury Regional Council is required to develop the draft Land Use Recovery Plan.
