Pursuant to section 5A(4) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Anne Elizabeth Kiernan, District Court Judge of Auckland
to be Acting Chief District Court Judge for the periods commencing on 8 July 2013 and expiring on 26 July
2013, and commencing on 9 September 2013 and expiring on 28 September 2013.
