Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Eileen Harriet von Dadelszen
James Arthur Hodges
as Commissioners of the Environment Court for terms of five years commencing on 4 June 2013 and expiring on
3 June 2018; and
John Kenneth Illingsworth
as a Deputy Commissioner of the Environment Court for a term of five years commencing on 4 June 2013 and expiring on 3 June 2018.
