Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 26 of the Broadcasting Act 1989,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby appoints
Peter Radich
as chair and as a member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority for a term commencing on 14 December 2012 and expiring on 30 November 2015.
