Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Recognition as a Lead Provider of Secondary-Tertiary Programme Notice 2013.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Recognised lead providers-The following industry training organisation is recognised as a lead provider of a secondary-tertiary programme:
Primary Industry Training Organisation, Wellington.
