Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed
Barbara Cameron
as a member of the board of MidCentral District Health Board for a term of office commencing on 25 April 2013 and ending on 8 December 2013.
