Further to a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 March 2013, No. 26, page 711, and pursuant to section 87J(6)
of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 28, 29, 41 and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister
of Transport dated the 27th day of November 2007 and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport dated the 6th day of December 2007, I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline to provide for Air New Zealand to operate a second weekly frequency to Niue.
The variation took effect from 14 April 2013.
