as a health practitioner member of the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand, for a term of office commencing on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and ending on 30 November 2015; and reappoints Dr Te Kani Kingi
as a layperson member Pharmacy Council of New Zealand, for a term of office commencing on the date this notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette and ending on 3 February 2016.
