Pursuant to section 78N(3)(b) of the Education Act 1989, as the secretary's delegate, I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Wairau Valley School and appoint
Bev Moore
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Wairau Valley School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
