I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 25 March 2013, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Jaques Holdings Limited from the Register of Companies on 14 December 2007) with the rights to funds managed by AMP Wealth Management New Zealand Limited.
