Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d), (e), (f), (g) and (h) of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001, the Chief Executive, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title, commencement and purpose
(a) This notice is the Radiocommunications (Compliance) Amendment Notice 2013.
(b) This notice comes into force on 4 April 2013.
(c) This notice amends the Radiocommunications (Compliance) Notice 2013, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
17 January 2013, No. 2, page 72.
2. Amendments
Clause 4 of the Radiocommunications (Compliance) Notice 2013 is amended as follows:
(a) Under the heading Level of conformity 2, sub clause (i) is repealed and substituted with the following paragraph:
"(i) obtain a test report, or other reasonable documented evidence confirming compliance with an applicable standard;"
(b) Under the heading Level of conformity A2, sub clause (i) is repealed and substituted with the following paragraph:
"(i) obtain a test report, or other reasonable documented evidence confirming compliance with an applicable standard;".
