Pursuant to sections 5 and 28B of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Robert Graeme Ronayne, barrister and solicitor, of Tauranga
to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, and to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts under Part 2A
of the District Courts Act 1947, commencing on 22 March 2013.
