Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint
Dr Richard Grant, of Havelock North
as chair and as a member of the Arts Council of
New Zealand Toi Aotearoa for a term commencing on
1 April 2013 and expiring on 31 December 2013 (or such earlier date on which the current council is abolished).
