Pursuant to section 5 and clause 1 of the Schedule to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990,
the Governor-General of New Zealand and Minister of Transport appoint
Howard George Broad
as Commissioner of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission for a term from 1 March 2013 to 30 April 2017.
