Pursuant to section 4(5) of the District Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General has amended the instruments* revoking the appointment of Upper Hutt as a place in which a District Court may be held for the exercise of civil and criminal jurisdiction by omitting
"1 March 2013"
and substituting
"22 March 2013".
