I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 20 February 2013, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Trydor Farms Limited from the Register of Companies on 11 February 2011) with a 1/6 share in Water Permit Consent 2006.535 issued by the Otago Regional Council.
