In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of a deed of loan and security agreement 617807 dated the 14th day of June 2012

Whereas in the security agreement the debtor has granted
to Avanti Finance Limited ("the secured party") a security interest over certain collateral goods.
The secured party gives notice that on 4 February 2013, the secured party entered into possession of one of the goods, namely:
2005 Toyota Hiace, Chassis No. 7A8H60F0808020697, Registration No. ENM47.
The address for the secured party in relation to these goods is Level 2, Building B, Avanti Finance Centre, 65 Main Highway, Ellerslie, Auckland.
