New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6843737.5 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 5 Anton Place, Takanini, being all the land comprised in certificate of title NA119C/620.
The registered office of Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited is situated at 45 Queen Street, Auckland.
