Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Grant Andrew Peter Wynands, of 338 San Rogue Drive, Escondido, California, 92025, United States of America, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.
Schedule
A stratum in freehold tenure of a 1/51 share in a timeshare apartment building known as Lofts Apartments, more particularly described as Apartment 304 situated at 59-61 Shotover Street, Queenstown, being Unit Q and Accessory Unit Q1, DP 19730. Subject to Leasehold Estate in Lease 699824.37B for a term of 999 years as from and including
1 September 1987 in timeshare week number 37 and being Identifier number 12A/1058 Computer Unit Title Register (Otago Registry).
