PM & AM Dean Investments Limited ("the mortgagees") are the secured parties under a term loan agreement and
a general security agreement both dated the 8th day of March 2012 pursuant to which The Hair Firm Limited granted to the mortgagees a security interest over all
the debtors' present and after-acquired property, being
all the debtors' personal property and all other
property which is registered under financing statement FR4822796XB41ECO.
The mortgagees hereby give notice that they entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on
17 June 2013.
The description of the mortgaged goods is all of the goods described as hair salon equipment: Chairs, hair straighteners, clippers, free standing mirrors, washing machine, dryer, trolley, computer, towels, combs, rollers, crimpers, pins, rods, fridge, brushes, crockery, glassware, stools, basins, air conditioning unit, small electrical appliances and leather couch located at Shop 2 Lot 3 DPS 27806 (South Auckland Land Registry).
