virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6950270.3, entered into possession of the property situated at 327 College Street, Palmerston North, being all the land comprised in certificate of title WN43A/66 (Wellington Land Registry), ("the property"), pursuant to a Court Order sealed on
22 February 2013 granting Pepper vacant possession of the property.
