Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday 2 April 2013, Balmoral Climbing Limited ("the mortgagee") entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Balmoral Climbing Centre Limited (as trustee of the Balmoral Climbing Centre Trust), to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
The registered office of the mortgagee is c/o Mackay Bailey Limited, 109 Blenheim Road, Riccarton, Christchurch 8041.
