Waipareira Investments Limited ("the mortgagee" under
the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 6 March 2013.
Description of Mortgaged Land: An estate in fee simple in the properties situated at:
(a) 7A, 15 Clearwater Cove, West Harbour, Auckland, being Lot 1 DP 211038 together with a one-third fee simple interest in Lot 50 DP 211038, being the property described in Identifier NA139/865;
(b) 7B, 15 Clearwater Cove, West Harbour, Auckland,
being Lot 2 DP 211038 together with a one-third fee
simple interest in Lot 50 DP 211038, being the property described in Identifier NA139/866;
(c) 7C, 15 Clearwater Cove, West Harbour, Auckland,
being Lot 6 DP 211038 together with a one-third fee simple interest in Lot 50 DP 211038, being the property described in Identifier NA139/870;
(together "the Land").

communications relating to the mortgaged land may
