Take notice that on 14 March 2013, Rabobank New Zealand Limited, pursuant to mortgage 6134397.1, entered into possession of the land containing 118.6527 hectares, more or less, as contained in certificate of titles 350158, TNE2/1280 and TNE2/1281 (Taranaki Land Registry).
