Robert Sydney Poffley and Webster McNeil Trustees Limited (as trustees of the Poffley Family Trust)
("the mortgagees") are the secured parties under security agreements dated the 20th day of October 2011 and the
13th day of December 2012, and a general security agreement dated the 29th day of January 2013, pursuant
to which Absolute Glass Specialists Limited granted to
the mortgagees a security interest over all of its present and after-acquired property, which is registered under Financing Statement F5145U252S2PC97P\C0001.
The mortgagees hereby give notice that they entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on
13 March 2013.
The description of the mortgaged goods is all of the goods, fittings and fixtures of Absolute Glass Specialists Limited, excluding:
2011 Toyota Van, Registration No.: GTA549.
