Mortgaged Property
To: Janet Anne Dudley, 25 Whites Way, Ellerslie, Auckland.
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 6974715.3 (North Auckland Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):
TEA Custodians (Interstar) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) gives notice as follows:
1. On 11 March 2013, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
2. The description of the mortgaged property is Lot 108 DP 69158 and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title NA25B/276 (North Auckland Land Registry), being the property at 50 Grand Drive, Remuera, Auckland.
3. The address of the mortgagee’s registered office is
Level 5, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
