Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final report for the above-named company has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies and it is now intended that this company be removed from the Companies Register under section 293(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1955.
Any objections to the removal of the company, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
