Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act")
I, Elizabeth Anne Reid, being a director of the above-named company, having its registered office at 10 Orlando Crescent, Waimairi Beach, Christchurch 8083, propose to request that the Registrar of Companies remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(d) of the Act, on the grounds that the company:
(a) has ceased to carry on business;
(b) has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors; and
(c) has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Act.
Any person objecting to the removal of the company may do so, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, and must deliver such objection to the Registrar of Companies prior to 13 March 2013.
