Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is given of the intention to remove HUIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds of delivery of the final liquidation documents to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 31 December 2013.
