Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Address of Registered Office: BDO Christchurch, 30 Sir William Pickering Drive, Burnside, Christchurch 8053.
We, Stephen John Tubbs and Colin Anthony Gower, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by order of the High Court at Whangarei on 5 June 2012.
We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 18 December 2013.
