Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Richard Anthony Johnston, liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at 202 Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on each liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 22 November 2013.
