I have concluded the liquidation of COMMAND INVESTMENTS LIMITED and hereby give notice in accordance with section 318(1)(e)(i) of the Companies Act 1993.
I have filed my final report and consequently the company is to be removed from the Register.
Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the company is sent or delivered to the Registrar by
15 November 2013, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
