Notice of Intention to Remove Entities From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, John Albert Price, liquidator of the above-named entities, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar
the final report on each liquidation in terms of section 257
of the Act, it is intended to remove the entities from the
New Zealand Register.
Any objections to their removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than
13 November 2013.
