Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove the above-named companies, having their registered office at Level 1, 49 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar, together with the grounds for such an objection, no later than 1 November 2013.
