Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Jack Arash Rafiei, solicitor of Auckland, liquidator of KWIDEL LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at West Side, Level 3, The Ferry Building, 99 Quay Street, Auckland 1010, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended that the company be removed from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 18 October 2013.
