Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register
Pursuant to Section 24(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act")
I, Clive Bish, liquidator of the above-named incorporated society, give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of
the Act and having filed with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies my final report on the liquidation, it is intended
to remove the society from the Register of Incorporated Societies.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than
3 October 2013.
