Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final reports
for the above-named companies have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies and it is now intended that these companies be removed from the Companies Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar not later than 6 September 2013.
