Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Christopher Robert Ross Horton and John Albert Price, joint liquidators of the above-named companies, hereby
give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar
the final report on each liquidation in terms of section
257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to their removal, pursuant to section 321
of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 2 September 2013.
