Notice of Intended Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator
of H&H LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 3/5 Short Street, Newmarket, Auckland, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e)
of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
