Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
I, Daran Nair, liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland, hereby give notice that, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on each liquidation, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which any objection to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 16 August 2013.
