Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Address of Registered Office: BDO Christchurch, 30 Sir William Pickering Drive, Burnside, Christchurch 8053.
We, Stephen J. Tubbs and Colin A. Gower, were appointed joint liquidators of the company by order of the High Court at Hamilton on 12 June 2009.
We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 12 July 2013.
