Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove BANTRY SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation), having its registered office at Level 1, 49 Victoria Road, Devonport, Auckland, from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar is 15 July 2013.
