Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Trust From the Register
Application to remove the above-named trust from the Register of Incorporated Societies has been made to
the Registrar, pursuant to section 24 of the Charitable
Trusts Act 1957 and section 318(1)(e) of the Companies
Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been filed with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies.
Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be made to the Registrar by
14 February 2013.
