Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
The liquidation of SOFIA HOLDINGS LIMITED has been completed.
The liquidator’s final report and account, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), has been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the company be removed from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 20 February 2013.
