the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Andrew John McKay and Justin James Bosley, liquidators of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at c/o Corporate Finance Limited, Level 12, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of
the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the
New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 28 May 2013.
